Artists plan to fill City Hall with balloons on Canada Day

A forest of balloons will sprout up in the main entrance hall of Mississauga Civic Centre on Canada Day. Around 120 helium balloons, some up to three feet in diameter, will fill the cavernous space as musicians play and dancers and actors flit about encouraging visitors to write their thoughts about Canada on notes attached to the balloons.
